We have recently opened up a new feature within the ASCLOUD platform to allow for user to reset their own passwords. This is to ensure that the platform and your personal areas are always secure and in the event of any issues, passwords can be changed quickly and easily. 

Please see the short instruction video below on how to access the reset password function.

We recommend that you change your password every 3 months to keep on top of security.

Along side this we will also keep this help page updated with the latest information and should there be any further changes it will be noted on here. Please see the updates section towards the bottom of this page.
