Due to some changes in the way we are managing the new cloud system and due to some teething issues. We have created the following help guide video to show you how you can access and install the two school copiers to your staff laptop/desktop. 

Along side this we will also keep this help page updated with the latest information and should there be any further changes it will be noted on here. Please see the updates section towards the bottom of this page.

Please be aware that you can currently only install the copiers whilst onsite.

Please Note: This is a brand new system and we are working to change and update areas daily to ensure you can access anywhere and everywhere. We may run into issues but please feedback to us so we can improve and provide the best possible service.  

Updates:

31/08/2021 - We have noticed an issue with the ID and Print feature on the device. After watching the above help guide video, please click on the attached PDF document with an extra setting which needs to be enabled in order for it to securely print to the copier.
