Welcome to the All Saints' IT Support - Tech Forum
We are pleased to launch our new Tech Forum hosted by All Saints' IT Support via the Microsoft Teams platform. At All Saints' we are always pushing the boundaries on what is possible with technology looking for new and innovative ideas/ways to streamline and empower our community.
Our Tech Forum has been designed to bring together the local community of technical staff, curriculum leaders and staff with tech responsibilities to discuss the latest trends, uses for IT and innovative ways to expand the use of technology across your school.
We understand that technology is becoming a huge aspect of school life from teaching and learning to all business operations and we want to create an environment to connect and collaborate with other like minded individuals to greater boost your knowledge and understanding.
Our forum is currently being split into 4 key areas;
|All Saints' IT Support Notices||This zone will contain the latest forum notices, ideas and development updates from the All Saints' Team.|
|General Forum||This is an open collaboration space where all member can share ideas, ask questions, gain insights, view resources and have general discussions about the ever changing world we work in.|
|Live Session Zone||This will be the core hub where members can gain access to any forum live sessions held monthly to discuss the latest updates and developments within EdTech. Bringing in guest speakers to discuss key topics and give everyone an upskilling insight to grow your knowledge. You will also gain access to recorded session and early access to our Microsoft Training programme before they go out to general use.|
|Teaching and Learning Forum||This zone will focus on sharing/collaborating on ideas around involving technology within teaching and learning. What are the latest software's? How can we use tech to aid SEN children? Ask away in our teaching and learning forum.|
Our Tech Forum is totally FREE to join. Over the years of working in IT support for education we understand the importance in being able to communicate between other likeminded individuals. We are not operating for profit but instead to upskill and grow IT across the city.
How To Join?
Currently, we are trialling the forum with local schools who are part of the Diocese of Peterborough. We look to open the forum up to the wider school communities in September 2021(More information to follow).
