Please see the following step-by-step guidance on logging in and accessing our Remote Learning School Laptops. This laptops are slightly different to the ones issued by the Department for Education as they are owned directly by the school and come under our network and security. 

The following guidance will talk you through logging into the device and getting connected to our All Saints' VPN. Please note: For security we won't be including the login information for the devices, this can be found on the paper copy of this guidance.

Step 1:

The first thing you will need to do is turn on and boot up your school device. Once the device has booted will will be brought to the login screen. On here you will need to input the username and password given to you on the paper instructions when you collected your laptop.

Step 2:

Once logged in you will need to connect to your home Wi-Fi. To do this, click on the Wi-Fi logo in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

Step 3:

Once clicked and the pop-up menu has appeared, select your home Wi-Fi and enter your password. (this can normally be found on your router/hub)

Step 4:

Once you have connected to your home Wi-Fi you will need to locate the OpenVPN Connect software located on your desktop. When you open the software you should be able to see the All Saints' VPN as pictured below.
